However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Our return and refund policy was created to ensure transparency and provide a satisfactory experience.
- Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before the flowers are dispatched for delivery.
Once the order has been processed and is out for delivery, it can no longer be canceled.
- Quality Confirmation
Before delivery, we send a photo of the arrangement to the customer to confirm it meets the requested specifications.
At the time of delivery, another photo is taken to verify the condition of the flowers upon receipt.
- Delivery Issues
If no one is available to receive the flowers at the provided address, the arrangement will be left at the door of the residence or business, protected by poly plastic bags.
If the customer provides an incorrect or non-existent address, a new delivery fee will be charged to resend the order.
- Refunds and Returns
To request a refund, customers must contact us at (781) 520-1905 or via email at fjluxuryflowers@gmail.com.
Refunds may be issued as store credit or a return of the amount paid.
In the case of a monetary refund, the processing time will depend on the original payment method used.
- Flower Substitution
Due to seasonal availability, some flowers in the arrangement may need to be substituted. We guarantee that any substitutions will be of equal or greater value, maintaining the arrangement’s quality and appearance.
If the customer is not satisfied with the product received, they must contact us on the same day of delivery so we can evaluate the best possible solution.
- Exceptions for Special Dates
During peak seasons—such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other holidays—refunds and cancellations may be subject to different conditions.
